If you’re whipping up a green smoothie, there’s nothing worse than when it tastes like kale and cucumber.
But we promise these easy, healthy smoothies don’t taste like a blended-up salad. From a Strawberry Daiquiri to a Salted Caramel Smoothie Bowl, the hardest part is deciding which one to have for breakfast. The best bit is, they’re all super healthy while tasting totally indulgent!
1. Cucumber Cooler Smoothie.
You deserve this cleansing cooling creation, inspired by a relaxing day at the spa.
2. Banana Bread Breakfast Bowl.
Fact of life: banana bread is delicious. We’ve whipped those sweet flavours into a smoothie bowl that is as nourishing as it is Instagram-worthy.
3. Kiwi Blueberry Mousse Smoothie.
This layered smoothie is not only pretty as a picture, but contains hidden avocado and protein to satiate you. This is one liquid breakfast we approve of!
4. Fountain of Youth Smoothie.
Dermatologists hate us! This smoothie (filled with refreshing grapefruit, parsley and mint) is the perfect potion to make your skin glow.
5. Zucchini Bread Thickie.
Like spinach, zucchini has a really mild flavour, but it also adds significant bulk, especially when frozen. Say hello to thick, creamy, non-bitter-tasting green smoothies!
6. Kiwi Smash.
Add greens powder to this one for an extra boost of nutrition.
7. Mocha Mud Protein Smoothie.
Craving that coffee hit? Aren’t we all? Healthify your caffeine habit with a dash of protein powder, raw cacao and avocado.
8. Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie.
Try this bright pink confection out on the kids – they’ll never guess there is kale in the mix!
9. Liver Detox Smoothie.
Despite the name, this does not taste like a detox! With ingredients that support your liver’s natural functions, it’s perfect for when you’ve overindulged.
10. Eye Am Healthy Green Protein Whip.
Did you know that a good serve of spinach can actually help maintain eye health? We’ve added a huge handful here (and we promise you can’t taste it).
11. Salted Caramel Smoothie Bowl.
Sometimes, you just deserve a treat, right? With a drizzle of fructose-free rice malt syrup on top, you could swear you were eating a butterscotch sundae (except for the wholesome ingredients like maca and cashew butter).
12. Avocado-Coconut Dreamboat Smoothie.
With a little frozen banana, avocado AND coconut cream, you won’t find a creamier, dreamier smoothie than this.
13. Strawberry Daiquiri.
Like a real daiquiri, but without the boozy syrups. Who could say no to this pretty beverage at brunch time?
14. Cacao and Coconut Smoothie.
Whizz up young coconut flesh in this one to make it extra rich and creamy.
15. Choc Berry Mud.
Sarah Wilson recommends drinking this one for dessert: “It’s as good as any sorbet!”. Try it and see for yourself!
16. Green Goddess Smoothie.
With kale, lettuce and chia seeds, this smoothie is like a salad in liquid form! Except it tastes like dessert.
17. Make Me Over Mojito Smoothie.
Fresh lime juice and mint leaves give this smoothie that classic mojito flavour. If anyone needs us, we’ll be down by the beach!
