You’ve probably noticed, but here at IQS we LOVE bacon and eggs (BAE).

Not only are they delicious by themselves, but together they’re a match made in foodie heaven – the best brekkie combo ever – if you will.

Our nutritionist, Georgia, has bacon and eggs for brekkie to keep her full until lunch. “Besides the fact that bacon is totally delicious, it contains monounsaturated fats, which have not only been shown to lower cholesterol levels, but also slow down the digestion process. This is why pairing fats with protein (our BAE combo) is a great way to keep you feeling full and satisfied for longer.”
