Ah, the humble bliss ball. Could there be a more perfect snack? We think not.
One of the most common questions we get asked at IQS is how we combat snacking – and more particularly, how we beat the 3pm slump. When you get off sugar for good, the first place you notice the absence of the sweet stuff is undoubtedly during those hard afternoon slogs when sugary treats just seem to be calling your name.
But trust us, you CAN quieten this voice if you’re prepared with healthy (just as tasty) alternatives! At IQS we love a bliss ball and you can always find a few varieties floating around our freezer.
