As the clichéd saying goes… age is just a number. And, there’s even scientific studies to prove it! Research has shown that making a health-related change later in life can have a huge impact, with a Swedish study finding that men who improved their health through exercise between the ages of 50 and 60 had a reduced mortality rate compared to men with unchanged levels of physical activity.

And, you can’t blame your brain on not being able to learn new habits either, as according to researchers, there is little difference between an 18-year-old brain and a 100-year-old brain.
