What springs to mind when you think of kale? A green smoothie? A leafy salad? Whilst these are great options, this superfood lends itself to a myriad of other uses too!
In fact, this humble green veggie is surprisingly versatile and cooking with kale is a quick and easy way to add nutritional punch to your food. Not only is kale high in iron, but it’s packed full of calcium and vitamins A, C and K.

Perfect Zucchini Slice.
If you’ve had one zucchini slice, you’ve had them all right? Wrong! This slice is jam-packed full of flavour and even has a gluten-free option.
Kale Pesto.
A simple pesto is always a family favourite and in this case, it’s a super easy way to get your kids to eat veggies. This particular pesto is also super detoxifying and tastes great mixed through pasta or drizzled over protein!
