Anti-inflammatory Pumpkin Soup with Parmesan Croutons.
If you’re looking to spruce up that simple pumpkin soup, we’ve got the perfect recipe! With the addition of creamy coconut milk and anti-inflammatory spices, ginger and turmeric, this bowl of goodness packs a healthy punch.
Green Minestrone.
There’s nothing more comforting than a hearty bowl of minestrone when the weather begins to cool. But, we’ve updated the classic by making our version super green – AKA nutrient-dense and delicious. This one-pot wonder also comes in at under $2 a serve, bonus!
Kung-Flu-Fighting Chicken Soup.
The name really says it all… but seriously, this chicken soup is the bomb! With garlic, turmeric, ginger, thyme and rosemary, it’s got bundles of flavour and bundles of goodness.

Okay, so while this one is technically a cold soup, it’s full of detoxifying ingredients to help you feel full of life, no matter what the weather’s doing. With a hit of spice from cayenne pepper, it’s sure to keep those sinuses clear too!
