There’s nothing more satisfying than a good cup of tea. And, we all have our fave brew.

But did you know, you can actually boost your health by sipping the right blend too? Here’s how…

To boost your immunity.

Instead of clutching for the painkillers next time you’re feeling a tad under the weather, pop the kettle on instead. Classic combos like ginger and echinacea can help kick that cold to the curb due to their antibacterial and anti-inflammatory benefits. Plus, ginger is great for digestion too!

To cleanse and detoxify.

You know that feeling when you’ve eaten just a tad too much? Ease that bloated feeling and support your liver by sipping on blends containing natural detoxifiers like milk thistle, lemongrass, ginger and dandelion.

To relax and recharge.
