
The say the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. So what better way to treat your dad (or significant other) this Father’s Day weekend that with a little “BnB”?
That’s “Beef ‘n’ Beer”, but not as you know it! This one pot wonder actually cooks the beef brisket in the beer until it’s pull-apart soft and tender.
Set your slow cooker up the night before so you can cook the beef low and slow. You can also cook on high for half the time but, believe us, 10 hours is SO worth it.
Served up with creamy mash and buttery green beans, this recipe will please any dad this Father’s Day. Or, let’s face it, any day of the year!
