
We have to thank Mexico for plenty of gifts to food culture – tacos, nachos and now tortilla stew.
If you haven’t tried it yet, tortilla stew is traditional Mexican recipe that combines the nutritious goodness of a vegetable broth with the salty crunch of tortilla chips. It’s often served with fresh cheese, sour cream and avocado – amazing, right?!
