You’ve probably heard us bang on about gelatin in the past as we bloody love the stuff! We love it so much that we actually produce our own 100 per cent natural Gut Lovin’ Gelatin.
As a quick recap, gelatin is made from the bones and connective tissue of pasture-raised beef. While that might sound a little icky, it’s actually super duper nutritious. Gelatin boasts 18 amino acids, many of them which are essential and have to be acquired through our diet.
