It was undoubtedly one of our faves as kids, but traditionally, this classic dessert was created with lashings of cream and bucketloads of sugar. So, we decided to reinvent this family favourite without the nasties. It’s the perfect way to use up that leftover loaf of bread this Christmas and with the addition of antioxidant-rich blueberries, you get a burst of goodness with every bite. Sugar-free and delicious?
