Friends in the Northern Hemisphere, it’s time to ditch your morning smoothie bowl because we have the perfect substitution – soup!

It might sound crazy to slurp down soup in the AM, but hear us out. Not only is soup totally toteable, but it’s extremely nutrient-dense and perfect for cold winter mornings. Plus, how many days in a row can you really eat porridge?
