Boost your yoghurt RN

Yoghurt is one of those super snacks… easy to tote, high in protein and darn delicious to boot!

But – as we bang on about all the time – many brands are packed with the sweet stuff. While we always opt for full-fat plain or Greek yoghurt varieties (read about our faves here!) – sometimes it’s nice to mix things up a little.

Here are four quick ways to boost your yoghurt in five seconds flat, without overdosing on sugar…

1. Berry choc!

For a winning combo, stir a handful of frozen or fresh raspberries through some yoghurt and sprinkle with crunchy cacao nibs. Don’t fancy cacao nibs? Try chopped nuts instead.

2. Apple delight!

For a craving-crushing blend, stir grated apple through full-fat plain or Greek yoghurt, sprinkle with cinnamon and top with heart-healthy walnuts.

3. Coco-nutty crunch.

Our famous Coco-nutty Granola is the perfect topper to tart Greek yoghurt. Simply layer in a jar and you’ve got a totally toteable brekkie!

4. Vanilla dream.

Need an extra hit of protein? Stir through vanilla protein powder and drizzle with rice malt syrup for a super sweet start to your day.
