Cook for the WHOLE week with just 12 ingredients

Cooking for the week ahead doesn’t have to mean spending LOADS on ingredients or slaving away for hours.

In fact, you can get a delish dinner on the table with just a handful of ingredients!

Here’s our shopping list for the week…

  • 800g chicken thighs (around one large packet)
  • 800g mince
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 4 large handfuls spinach
  • 3 cups of beans
  • 1 onion
  • A carton of eggs
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 capsicums
  • 1 cabbage
  • ½ cup cashews
  • ½ cup coconut flakes

You’ll also need a few pantry staples – oil, salt, pepper and a few herbs, spices and sauces!

Monday: Sweet Onion Meatballs.

Tonight, you’ll be using the mince along with onion and eggs.

Who doesn’t love meatballs? These are perfect to have on hand for snacks and lunchboxes! Make sure you double the recipe for dinner later in the week, and serve with a side of steamed greens.

Tuesday: Mexican Chicken Sweet Potato Boats.

Grab your chicken, sweet potatoes, spinach and beans and get into the kitchen for an IQS-spin on Taco Tuesday.

The whole family will love this fun dinner idea, and as sweet potatoes are packed with vitamins – it’s super good for you too!

Wednesday: Taco Bowl.

Tonight, make the most of your leftover meatballs by throwing together a tasty taco bowl. Along with your meat you’ll need cabbage, spinach, carrot, capsicum and eggs.

Simply reheat the meatballs in a pan, breaking them down with a wooden spoon, serve over chopped veggies, and top it all off with a gooey egg! Yum!

Thursday: Tangled Thai Chicken Salad.

Your lucky last dinner of the week is a tangy Thai salad. Make the most of all any leftover veggies, shred up the rest of your chicken, and serve with toasted nuts and coconut.

Best of all? It’s ready in just 15 minutes!
