How you can EAT PIZZA EVERY DAY!

From the good people who brought you Sweet Potato Brownies and Zucchini Coconut Lunchbox Bread (that’d be us!) comes a new way to pack more nutrients into your favourite recipes.

This time we’re tackling everyone’s cheesiest hero – the pizza!

First we’ve subbed the flour in the base for cauliflower (cauli-flour, if you will) for an extra hit of veg baked right in. Then we’ve topped off the pizza with mushrooms, zucchini, fresh basil, Parmesan and crumbly goats cheese. Take a bite and find yourself in the middle of a bustling piazza in Rome.

The best thing about cauliflower pizza? You can completely customise your cauli base with creative toppings. Add a little protein, some different veg, another type of cheese or even an egg! You can also whip up a whole batch of cauliflower bases and freeze them for later.

We’re not sure how long they’ll stay in your freezer though… you’re probably going to want to eat these babies every day. (Luckily they’re so healthy, you actually could!)
