The one way to holistically improve your health in 2018

As we experience that post-Christmas lull – and before the New Year arrives – many people begin wondering how they can improve their health in 2018…

But, there’s no need to turn to quick fixes to get your health back on track – we have a much healthier way to get your mojo back and it’s completely holistic. 

We’re talking about our 8-Week Program! The festive season can be a veritable food and booze fest so it’s important to jump back on the sugar-free bandwagon as soon as possible and our Program is the perfect way to do so. And, it fits the holistic criteria too as we take a top to toe approach – yep, quitting sugar has a flow-on effect for your whole body and overall health.

  • Better moods.

While this might seem like a big statement, it really isn’t! When you quit sugar your body is no longer taken on a rollercoaster of up and down blood sugar levels. Plus, sugar activates the reward centres in your brain, meaning that you experience highs after eating it, but your body soon craves it again (and you require more and more to fulfil the craving). So, after ditching sugar you’ll notice a marked improvement in your moods!

  • Weight loss.

Another happy side effect of cutting sugar out of your daily diet is that you often lose weight! When you quit sugar, you naturally stop eating processed foods which are just empty calories. But, there’s no extreme dieting in our Program – instead, we rely on JERFing, which often helps the weight fall off.

  • More energy.

As with your moods, your energy levels often stabilise when you quit sugar and gone are those 3pm hunger pangs! Once your body is no longer having to cope with the constant ups and downs that sugar causes – which can leave you exhausted – you’ll experience a more sustained release of energy. And, you’ll often see an improvement in the quality of your sleep, which in turn helps to boost your energy levels too!

  • Clearer skin.

Sugar has a MASSIVE effect on your skin – it damages the collagen, which is responsible for keeping skin plump and wrinkle-free. So, by eliminating sugar, not only are you reducing your chances of ageing prematurely (win!), but you’re also reducing the skin’s inflammatory response to sugar – goodbye acne and rosacea.

  • Less brain fog.

Sugar is a key player in creating brain fog as it can cause inflammation in the brain, which in turn can affect your ability to learn things quickly, adapt to change and form new memories. So, if you’re constantly feeling foggy, quitting sugar will help clear your mind!
