Bulletproof coffee is what all the cool kids are sipping on at the mo, but it’s not as fancy as it sounds. Pretty much, it’s your standard coffee, blitzed up with some MCT oil and grass-fed butter which both kick your brain into gear and help keep you satiated – hello, healthy fats! But you can take your morning brew one step further by adding a teaspoon of gelatin.
