Do you ever feel like you never have enough time? We get it!

We live in a world where time is considered to be a luxury – our lives are busier than ever and we all have a bunch of competing priorities vying for our attention. That’s why preparation is the key to success.

By now, you’re probably aware that our fave way to prep for the week is by making the most of our Sunday Cook-Up (it’s fair to say we rave on about it all the time!) – but before you get stuck in, here’s what you need to consider…

Be clear about what you’d like to achieve.

The beauty of the Sunday Cook-Up is that it can be tailored to your lifestyle. First up, work out how many meals you’d like to prep for the week and don’t feel any pressure to give up your social life. Instead, tweak your Cook-Up to work around your existing schedule. For example, if you’re planning to do dinner with the girls on Thursday and lunch with your colleagues on Friday, that’s no probs – and frankly, two fewer meals you have to prep!

Map out your time.

Put simply, productivity is key to nailing your Sunday Cook-Up. Something to keep in mind is, if you’re cooking two main dishes that need to be roasted, you’ll soon realise that’s a long time waiting by the oven. Instead, max your output by choosing meals that allow you to utilise multiple kitchen appliances at once – slow cook your pork, pop your granola in the oven and fry up your meatballs… simple!

Make it enjoyable.
