You may have noticed we LOVE bacon and eggs at IQS. 

Georiga, our nutritionist and food and recipes manager thinks eggs are the chameleon of the protein world!

“They are versatile and can be used in a 100 different ways. Whether it’s scrambled, poached, baked on a taco or added to a salad, I find that eggs are a great fall-back plan if you want something filling with minimal kitchen fuss.”

Our recipe developer and nutritionist Liv claims eggs are her fave food EVER.

“I eat them almost every day. I love adding two poached eggs to a big plate of veggies from last night’s dinner. Voila! Revamped leftovers!”
