Think creamy, melt-in-your-mouth scones are off the menu when you cut out the sweet stuff?

Think again. Our homemade versions are everything a soft, fluffy cloudlike scone should be.

We’ve introduced fresh strawberries to the fold (sugary jam, you are not needed here!) as well as dried strawberry gum. Strawberry gum is a native Australian herb known for making berries flavours really sing. It’s also super high in antioxidants, so your body will be singing, too.

These are the perfect treat to whip up as we head into celebration season – think spring picnics, morning teas and holiday get-togethers. Serve them warm with a hearty dollop of fresh cream or butter, and don’t be surprised if you find the batch is ”scone” very quickly…
