We’ve had a LOT of birthdays at IQS HQ this month, so what better way to celebrate than with this phenomenal Salted Caramel Macadamia Crunch Cake?
Of course, this showstopper is so spectacular that it’s actually worthy of a celebration itself.
But filled with fluffy buttercream and topped with glazed macadamias (Australia’s favourite nut), it’s definitely for special occasions only, coming in at just over a teaspoon of added sweetener per serve.
