Let’s be honest, everyone needs a go-to pumpkin soup recipe. Creamy, comforting and naturally sweet, this humble squash lends itself perfectly to being roasted, blended and gobbled up with a side of crusty, buttery sourdough bread.
Roasting the pumpkin first gives the soup a really rich, warming flavour, while the anti-inflammatory spices (aside from smelling ah-mazing) will give your whole body a boost.
