Now, we’re not advocating that you head on down to Mickey D’s to grab a burger over the salad that you were going to prepare at home…

But, ordering a salad when you’re eating out can sometimes be just as bad! Unfortunately, salads can often be plagued with lacklustre lettuce, sugary dressings and not enough protein, meaning that you’ll soon find yourself hungry again after eating them.
