Peachy Italian Salad with Lime Vinaigrette.
We’ve tweaked your traditional Italian salad, and upped the nutritional factor with watercress (AKA the healthiest food you’ll ever eat!) This recipe also uses delicious peaches which are in season for us lucky ducks down in Oz. But feel free to swap them out for whatever fruit you can get your hands on if stone fruit isn’t in season for you!
No-Cook Roast Chook Christmas Salad.
Not only does this salad brilliantly use up any leftover roast meat you may have lying about, but it just so happens to feature the colours of Christmas too. Can you get any more festive?! Whip up this salad when you need a veggie hit!
Detox Tuna Salad.
