The answer is a resounding yes!

We’ve had heaps of vegetarians complete our 8-Week Program and successfully quit sugar! And, they’ve eaten nothing but nourishing and tasty food while doing it.

Vegetarianism is currently on the rise. Since 2012, the number of vegetarians in Australia has risen by 11.2 per cent. That means that a whopping 2.1 million Australians now eat a solely plant-based diet.

While our 8-Week Program offers a both omnivore and vegetarian options, it’s our vegetarian plan that continues to be a hit with vegetarians and flexitarians alike!

So, if you’re on the fence about trying out our vego Program, here’s an example of what you could be eating whilst ditching sugar…
