They have the same peanutty-flavour, but the use of gelatin gives you twice the protein, to keep you satiated throughout the night. You can whip up a batch in just 20 minutes and then let them set before devouring. You’re welcome!

If you’re up for the challenge, cook up a batch of these and stash them in the fridge for when the post-dinner munchies hit. They’re perfect after a long day at work, as the addition of cardamom (which is high in manganese) supports the health of your bones and connective tissues to help you relax.
