Who says you can’t eat cookies when you quit sugar? We have a recipe so nutritious, you can eat them for breakfast!
With rolled oats, coconut, sunflower seeds, pepitas and chia, there’s a whole lot of good stuff packed into these babies. Plus, we’ve added grated apple to keep things nice and sweet.
Serve them in true Bircher style with natural yoghurt, have a couple as you’re walking out the door or even stash a few in your kid’s lunch box for a healthy recess treat (they’re nut-free, too!).
