A sugar-free Easter treat: Chocolate Nut Butter Cups

Written By Unknown on Wednesday 12 April 2017 | 20:00

If there’s ever a day to indulge in some chocolate, it’s Easter.

But if you’d still prefer to keep things sugar-free*, you’ll be happy to know there’s a healthy option out there.

Our Chocolate Nut Butter Cups are totally fructose-free, with just a tablespoon of rice malt syrup for the whole batch. But don’t worry – the combination of coconutty raw chocolate and salty nut butter means this still tastes like an indulgence. Happy Easter!

* While we quit fructose on the I Quit Sugar: 8-Week Program, this recipe contains a small amount of rice malt syrup (a blend of glucose and maltose), which can still affect your blood sugar levels. We recommend enjoying on special occasions or cutting down on the sweetener even further, if you like.
