Ever wondered what a typical day of eating on the 8-Week Program actually looks like?

We’ve put together a sneak peek of all the nutritionist-developed recipes could be eating on the next round.

You have the option of an omnivore meal plan, which includes meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. Or you can opt for the vegetarian meal plan. Plus, all 8-Week Program recipes come with a dairy-free and gluten-free options. Winning!

Still have questions?

Here are a few we get asked all the time. If you’re still wondering if the Program is right for you or what plan to choose, contact our friendly team!

  1. I’m a pescatarian! which meal plan should I go for? We suggest the vegetarian meal plan. Then you can add seafood to any of the dishes that you like.
  2. I eat meat but not massive amounts of it; what meal plan should I get?  The omnivore plan includes a good balance of vegetarian dishes to make sure you’re eating a balance.
  3. I’m vegetarian, but my husband likes steak for dinner. It’s easier to add meat to the vegetarian meal plan than to subtract it from the omnivore.
