Yep, these Spiced Coco-Nutty Breakfast Muffins are one of the most popular recipes on our previous Programs. (And because we have a bunch of brand new brekkies on the Program, you can now access it for free!)
They might be sugar-free and gluten-free, but these muffins are definitely not free on flavour. Sweetened with nourishing pumpkin puree and sweet spices, they come with a delicious crunch in the form of coco-nutty topping.
Best of all, they can be frozen for up to a month. Make a big batch and you’ll always have a nutritious breakfast on hand. Simply microwave and slather with butter – yum!
