We’ve taken the sugar out of jam donuts (seriously!) and snuck veggies into our pizza bases. But these easy Mexican Nachos With The Lot might be our easiest, tastiest creation yet.
You’ll find plenty of nutritious veg and protein among the layers of crunchy chips and melty cheese. We’ve even greened up the guac with frozen peas. Genius!
They make for the perfect snack when the kids bring a few extra friends around for movie night, or an easy dinner when hubby’s craving something hearty.
