7 quick ’n’ healthy snacks to get you through to lunch

One of the common things we hear from our I Quit Sugar: 8-Week Program graduates is that they lose the urge to snack when they quit sugar.
That’s because when you’re eating nutrient-dense meals packed with veg, protein and a bit of healthy fat, you’re throwing a big log on your metabolic fire that sees you through to the next one.
Sometimes though, we all need a little something to see us through. Whip up these healthy snacks ahead of time and they’re sure to hit the spot – whatever you’re craving.

1. Something sweet.
