These people lost 100kg between them and (most importantly) reclaimed their health!

One of the main reasons we come to work every day is because we know quitting sugar is making a genuine difference in people’s lives.

We’re constantly reminded by amazing real folks who reach out to us and share their stories.

These six incredible sugar quitters lost more than 100kg between them! But it’s all the other health benefits that have really made the difference.

Adriane lost 37kg (and counting!)

Adriane was rabidly addicted to the sweet stuff. In fact, sugar controlled her whole life. Since kicking it to the curb, Adriane’s been getting to know her happier, healthier self (and lost an incredible 37kg so far!).

“I’m not sick all the time. My skin glows. The pounds are still flying off. My energy has skyrocketed. And that’s all because of what I am putting in my body, and also what I’m no longer putting in my body.

Rosie and John lost 20kg in total.

Rosie and her partner John wanted to slim down for their wedding at the end of the year. And though they did lose 20kg in total, it was the unexpected health benefits of quitting sugar – improved liver function, clearer skin and reduced inflammation – that have really changed their lives.

“I have been able to come off one of my rheumatoid arthritis medications,” says Rosie. “My flare ups are very few and far between, and now I can manage them with a wheat pack and very rarely need painkillers. I haven’t had to take a day off work for arthritis in a very long time.”

Taylor lost an additional 12kg.

For years, Taylor thought that calorie counting was the answer to her weight issues – regardless of the type of food she ate. But she was deeply unhappy and her sweet tooth was out of control.

“Quitting sugar was by far the best thing I’ve ever done for my health. Three years ago I was overweight and unhappy, I never thought I’d reach my fitness goals. Now I feel so good and like a completely new person!”

Liz lost 9.5kg.

“Now I have renewed energy and I’ve taken up cycling again after almost five years. I now average 120km road cycling per week and even got second place in race recently!”
