We’re HUGE fans of ramen. Not the two-minute noodles that come with funky yellow powder, but the generous, hearty, veggie-packed real stuff.
Yet, the weather Down Under makes it difficult to enjoy spicy soups all year round. So, we’ve come up with a lighter, fresh take on ramen that’s perfect for the warmer months!
Pairing gluten-free soba with garlic, ginger, leek, mushrooms, zucchini, sugar snap peas and watercress (phew!), you won’t feel heavy after eating a bowl of these noodles.
