With Halloween fast approaching, here’s a terrifyingly delicious recipe to celebrate everyone’s favourite spooky holiday.

We’ve taken two of our most popular recipes – Crunchy Nut Cheesecake and Raspberry Chia Jam – and combined them into a franken-cake that’s, quite honestly, pretty bloody good!

Not just any old ordinary cheesecake, there’s a whole heap of healthy, tasty ingredients lurking inside the crumbly golden base and soft creamy centre. And while it tastes pretty amazing on it’s own, the fresh, zesty and naturally sweet raspberry chia jam takes it to a whole new level.

Get the kids to help whip this one up next weekend (and customise with some fun spooky props) for a fang-tastic Halloween treat that doesn’t come with a sugar crash.
