If you ask us, dinner parties are the best way to socialise. Who doesn’t grow closer over a glass of red and a cheese platter?
If you’re planning your next shindig (or just want to treat yourself), you can’t go past this fancy Two-Cheese Agnolotti with Sage Butter, from Nick Haddow’s cookbook Milk Made. Nick is the founder of Bruny Island Cheese Co., so you can bet he knows what he’s doing with his fromage!
Filled with Parmesan and ricotta, this recipe is delicate yet rich – and much easier than it looks. The topping of sage butter sauce and freshly grated nutmeg is simple but damn good. Don’t be surprised if your dinner guests invite themselves over again after tasting this.
