Look no further than our stunning Spring Roll Bowl. We’ve taken all the good stuff from inside a rice paper roll and flipped it upside down into a gorgeous dish that tastes just as amazing as it looks.
It’s our food and recipe manager Meg’s new absolute favourite. “The raw veggies, crunchy peanuts and soft vermicelli noodles are fresh and zesty,” she says. “But the real star of the dish is the crunchy, chewy, turmeric rice paper chips. They’re seriously revolutionary!”
Any fresh salad green will feel right at home in this bowl, so don’t be afraid to get creative. You’ll need to get your ‘Grams in quick though, we’re pretty sure this spring roll won’t stay in its bowl very long!
