Last week, we brought you Breakfast Pizza. This week, we’re sharing Cheesy Garlic Bread Muffins. Clearly, we just want to eat Italian food all day, errday.
These brekky muffins are inspired by that magnificent moment when you tear open the garlic bread and all the garlicky, buttery steam escapes. We also added a molten cheese centre – you’re welcome.
Of course, the other hidden beauty is the nutritious dose of zucchini and carrot we’ve snuck in there. We told you this was good enough to eat for breakfast!
