Don’t follow the herd! Our Better Than Mum’s Shepherd’s Pie is a veggie-packed twist on a wintery classic.
We’ve loaded up the traditional hearty meat sauce with extra veggies and jazzed it up with pancetta and thyme for a beautifully rich, vibrant flavour.
The oh-so-creamy top mash uses both pumpkin and potato to make it extra nutritious, with a soft warming flavour from the pumpkin that lends a tiny bit of sweetness. And a good lashing of butter is still included, obviously.
