We’ve already spruiked meal planning as a way to save on time, money and food waste, but we reckon we can go one step further…

We think that it’s better to invest in your health now, rather than spending a bomb at the doctor’s later in life. The scary truth is, the average Aussie spends more than $100,000 on healthcare in their lifetime – that’s huge! We’d love to help lower that figure, and we reckon we can, by helping more of you to ditch the sweet stuff for good! And in case you were wondering, our meal plans come in at about $15 a day, which is cheaper than a salad at your local cafe.

They’re always coming up with fresh new recipes for you guys to enjoy so you’ll always be munching on the most nutrient-dense meals possible. We get it, you’re time-poor. But don’t worry, we LOVE leftovers. (You can breathe now: you won’t be cooking three meals a day!). We’ve designed our Program so that dinner will provide enough for lunch the next day too! Experimenting in the kitchen is awesome, but not always achievable midweek, so by helping you to master your Sunday Cook-Up, you’ll have more time to put your feet up.
