3 recipes your kids could almost make themselves!

Teaching your kids how to prepare nourishing and healthy food for themselves is one of the most invaluable skills you can give them!

We’re all about empowering little ones to get in the kitchen and fall in love with cooking. So, when you deem your little ones old enough to help out, here are a few recipes that they could have a go at whipping up themselves – with parental guidance of course!

1. Veggie Stick Roll-Ups.

These veggie sticks are super duper simple to assemble and take no time at all! Simply roll chopped up cucumber and capsicum in leg ham and voilà. A healthy and easy snack for your kids to assemble.

2. Popcorn.

Popcorn has to be one of the most popular snacks for kids and there are literally so many ways to pimp it to make it even more exciting. All your kids need to do is place some popcorn kernels in a brown paper bag with some salt and butter, pop it in the microwave for 2 minutes, and then mix in your chosen flavours. We love adding a spoonful of cashew butter to create a caramel flavour or a dash of turmeric for colour.

3. Bliss balls.
