7 healthy meals in 7 days

Written By Unknown on Sunday 17 September 2017 | 13:10

A week might not seem like enough time to transform your health, but you’ll be surprised at how quickly you can reap the rewards of eating healthily.

Whether you’re looking to ditch sugar – or simply want to feel a little lighter, happier and healthier by the end of the week – our 7-Day Reboot is designed to have you feeling your best in just seven days.

But before you roll your eyes and think you’ll be munching on salad day in, day out, we’re here to prove that healthy (sugar-free) food can be just as flavoursome, creative and simple as your current faves.

Monday: Green Bacon + Egg Cupcakes

Start your week off on the right foot with protein-rich eggs. The best bit about these bacon and egg cupcakes is that they can be prepped in advance. Whip up a batch on Sunday afternoon and you’ve got brekkie set for the week! With the addition of broccoli and frozen peas too, you’re getting an extra dose of veg before you’ve even had a cup of coffee.

Tuesday: Chicken Tacos with Kale-Slaw and Avocado Salsa

We’re always up for Taco Tuesday, but ditch your local takeaway (which is often packed with sugary sauces and salsas!) and opt to make your own at home instead. The kids will love these too and let’s be honest, food you get to assemble at the table is always more fun! Got leftovers? Pop them in a container and you’ve got lunch tomorrow sorted.

Wednesday: Speedy Massaman Chicken Curry

It might be hump day, but the thought of slaving away in the kitchen for hours is less than appealing – we get it. So… don’t! This curry in a hurry can be cooked in less than 30 minutes and when served with our broccoli and cauli rice, it’s a nutrient-dense family feast.

Thursday: Banana Bread Breakfast Muggin

Slept through your alarm? No worries, we’ve got you covered. If you haven’t mastered the art of the muggin, then prepare to be impressed. Simply combine all your ingredients in a sturdy mug and pop in the microwave for two minutes. Done!

Friday: Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Pizza doesn’t have to be a guilty indulgence, especially when you make your own at home with cauli as your base! Yep, that’s right… if you haven’t already tried this nifty technique at home, then give this recipe a go. It’s packed with Italian flavours and the creaminess of goat’s cheese takes the whole dish to the next level.

Saturday: Turmeric Latte Brownies + White Chocolate Drizzle

Weekend’s are made for baking but instead of sugar-laden brownies, try our foolproof recipe which is packed with goodness! With anti-inflammatory turmeric and a guilt-free white choc drizzle, you won’t believe these brownies are sugar-free.

Sunday: Curried Popcorn Chicken + Sweet Chilli Swirl

Whether you’ve got family and friends popping over to watch the footy this Sunday, or simply fancy a sugar-free snack the kids will love, we promise, our take on popcorn chicken is a winner! With a spicy crumb and refreshing sweet chilli dipping sauce, these moreish morsels won’t last long.
