5 two-minute breakfasts (that aren’t a bowl of Just Right)

We’re kinda obsessed with brekkie around here (what’s new?).

But sometimes it’s damn near impossible to devote more than five minutes to whipping something up before rushing out the front door. Which is why we were inspired to compile a list of five two-minute breakfasts (that aren’t just a bowl of cereal).

The key to all of these recipes? Preparation. Take an extra few minutes of your Sunday evening to line up any of the following recipes so for the rest of the week you can just grab and go! A valuable lesson you’ll learn on our brand new Program, The 7-Day Reboot.

1. Tote-able brekkies.

Like these Overnight Oats with Lavender Chia Pudding.

Perfect for grabbing and going first thing in the am. Load these babies up in sealable jars for max totability.

2. Smoothies.

Try our Berry Yoghurt Smoothie.

Try making little smoothie packs of chopped fruit and veg and storing them in the fridge (or freezer!), so all you need to do in the morning is blend, pour and go.

3. Muffins.

Give our Triple Coconut & Blueberry Muffins a try.

A crowd favourite no matter who you are, muffins are great to make on a Sunday night. Serve warm with a dollop of yoghurt and a sprinkle of seeds. Heaven.

4. Granola.

Tuck into our Chunky-Monkey Banana Bread Granola.

Granola (homemade, not the sugary store-bought stuff)  is another great brekkie to make in bulk. It’s easy to add to smoothies, sprinkle over yoghurt or just eat plain!

5. Muggins.

Like this Eggy Muggin.

No, we didn’t misspell muffins. Muggins are not only delicious, but they’re wicked fast and a popular with little ones. Veggies for breakfast? Not cool. Veggies and eggs nuked in a coffee mug for breakfast? Totally cool.
