The difference 7 days can make to your health

Written By Unknown on Monday, 10 April 2017 | 18:09

Need a health reboot? Maybe you’ve fallen into some old unhealthy habits you’d rather not pick up again?

Hey, it happens to everyone. Whether it’s running out of time to cook healthy meals or just a few too many Easter Eggs, the important thing is that you get back on the wagon!

Which is why we’ve created a brand new Program, the I Quit Sugar: 7-Day Reboot, to help you do just that.

Want to push the reset button? Here’s why seven days can make all the difference.

Realistic reboot.

Seen way too many “seven day diets” floating around? Yep, us too. But unlike crash diets, we’re not focused on a dress size or a juice cleanse.

We focus on an abundance of nutrient-dense food (7–9 serve of veg a day!) to nourish the body and reset the appetite. You won’t feel deprived – you’ll feel energised and empowered to quit sugar for good.

Curb your cravings.

You might already know that suddenly cutting out sugar can lead to withdrawal symptoms.

We’ve tailored the Program to help you curb cravings as quickly as possible, with plenty of satiating healthy fats and bitter greens to speed up the detox.

Give your body a break.

Having some gut, skin or energy levels but can’t find the cause? Our omnivore and vegetarian meal plans are gluten-free, alcohol-free and lower in dairy to give you a chance to rediscover your body’s needs.

Get organised.

Lack of organisation really hampers your healthy eating efforts. Our nutritionist-developed meal plans and Sunday Cook-Ups take the time and effort out of cooking.

We’ve also got exclusive “meal builders” so you can stay on track long after the Program finishes.

Remember why you started.

As well as teaching you how to live sugar-free, we’re also giving a refresher on WHY. Learn the sugar science while reducing your risk of type 2 diabetes, heart conditions, liver disease and more. Your body will thank you!
