There’s no doubt chia pudding is delicious. But we’ve eaten so much of it in the past few years, we’re ready to give it a rest!
Luckily, there are actually heaps of other ways to use these little super seeds in your cooking.
Need some inspiration? Here are seven of our favourite tips (Finished already? That was quick! Here are 16 more…)
1. Use as an egg alternative.
Just sub in one tablespoon of chia seeds (preferably finely ground) mixed with three tablespoons of water for each egg.
2. Add crunch to your morning.
Use a teaspoon of chia as a crunchy oats topper or chuck it into smoothies for an extra nutrition hit.
3. Make crackers.
Serve up with dips, mashed avocado or homemade cream cheese, or keep some at work for an afternoon crisp fix.
4. Make jam.
Skip the sugar store-bought spreads and make this delicious zingy alternative the whole family will love.
5. Thicken up your curry.
Ditch weird thickening agents and use a tablespoon of chia in soups, stocks and curries instead.
6. Make popsicles.
Chia will also add extra texture and flavour to your favourite homemade ice cream blends. Sara Lee who?

7. Bake it into tart bases, muffins and more.
Add crunch to sweet and savoury bases or chuck a spoonful into a runny muffin batter. Genius!
