We’ve hung out with quite a few Paleo guys in the past and it’s safe to say that the stereotype is codswallop. A good Paleo diet is full of fresh veggies, fruit and a variety of proteins and healthy fats (that don’t always include a big caveman-like steak!).
Want proof? Here are 10 healthy, delicious and totally Paleo breakfasts. We’re pretty sure everyone – Paleo or not – will enjoy them!
Paleo Veggie Bread
Sarah’s famous Paleo Veggie Bread contains carrots and zucchini for a veggie-packed brekkie option. For a dairy-free version, simply omit the Parmesan cheese.
Mini Paleo Egg + Bacon McMuffins
These are way better than the ones you get at a certain drive-through. Why? AVOCADO.
Paleo Choc Coco Muffin
Strapped for time? This muffin (or muggin!) is easily made in the microwave. For a sweetener-free version, omit the rice malt syrup (coconut is pretty sweet already!).
Clean Zucchini Slice
