If you’ve been asked to bring a plate to one or two of those shindigs, we got a dish that blows every platter of chips and dips out of the water. This easy cob loaf is everything you could want in a festive treat – crusty bread, stacks of cheese and, of course, bacon.
We’ve also added a hefty dose of spinach and zucchini to make this healthy (trust us, you’re going to need it when the zillionth cake of the festive season comes out). Serve this warm with plenty of sourdough dippers and you’ll definitely get another invite.
