Who says a chocolate muffin can’t be tasty AND healthy?
Case in point? Our gluten-free Triple Choc, Zinger and Crackle Muffins. Gluten-free muffins can so often be full of promise… but end up tasting like cardboard. It needn’t be so! These babies are perfectly soft yet dense, just like a good chocolate muffin should be.
And to make these ones extra spesh, we’ve topped them off with a “super-crackle” crunch of toasted buckwheat groats, chia seeds and cacao nibs. Oh, and a healthy drizzle of melty dark chocolate for good measure.
