… and give this homemade version a whirl instead! It takes a little longer, but the taste of fresh spices (and knowing exactly what’s in it) is totally worth it.
With turmeric, ginger, garlic and lots of chilli (of course!) this curry packs a punch and leaves your house smelling fragrant and gorgeous. Served with basmati rice and lots of greens, it’s super nutritious too.
It’s also really easy to customise – leave out the skewers for a quicker version or add an extra pinch of chilli if you’re game. Either way, it’s a total winner, winner, chicken dinner!
