Have you heard the one about the Paleo person who ate nothing but nitrate-free bacon, organic eggs and bowls of bone broth?

We’ve hung out with quite a few Paleo guys in the past and it’s safe to say that the stereotype is codswallop. A good Paleo diet is full of fresh veggies, fruit and a variety of proteins and healthy fats (that don’t always include a big caveman-like steak!).
